I would highly recommend 4 Malibu Real Estate to anyone seriously looking for real estate in the Malibu/Southern California area. I was genuinely impressed with the knowledge that the agents and their staff have and their attention to their clients cannot be beat. I never felt like I was bothering them with my questions and phone calls (as some other agents in the area have made me feel); the team at 4 Malibu always made time for me to make the process of buying and selling as easy as possible.

Bobby has helped us with so many properties in the Malibu area from vacation rentals, school year rentals, and selling our last property. He has always found just the right rental for our needs.
When we finished a total remodel of our edge home, he was the only person we trusted to handle the sale. He took care of the staging, which was impeccable BTW, and sold the home in record time, for a record price. He was right there every step of the way, communicating what needed to be done and how quickly. Timely communication is key when you are an out of town seller. I cannot say enough good things about him, and his company. Bobby is top notch, and just an honest, good, friendly person. Don't think twice about doing business with him. You won't be disappointed.

I just have to say the personal touch Bobby and staff took in my life changing decision to sell and buy a home is next to none. My experience with Malibu 4 Real Estate was upbeat, optimistic and a complete success from the outset upon signing the listing agreement with Bobby LehmKuhl through the sale of my Malibu property.

Bobby and Jeff, true professionals, created a complete advertising campaign along with an in-home video (on-line). Bobby’s team showed the home promptly as often as calls came in. Bobby and Danielle helped me purchase a short sale townhouse that I wasn't sure I was able to get. I had looked on and off for months, rarely finding anything I liked. As soon as I walked into this Santa Monica townhouse, I immediately wanted it to be my home. I was not the highest bidder and there were quite a few offers made. It was a challenging and long process, but with many months of work, a lot of hurry up and wait with the banks, they got it!
