- Send your document (PDF/photo) + government ID you’ll bring.
- We confirm the notarial act needed and quote the travel fee.
- We meet you, verify identity/awareness, complete the notarization, and you receive the stamped certificate.
(Acceptable ID: CA DL/ID, U.S. Passport, other government IDs meeting CA requirements; credible witnesses allowed in specific cases.)
Pricing
- State-regulated notary fee: $15 per signature (acknowledgments, jurats, oaths/affirmations, certified copy of POA).
- Mobile travel fee: quoted based on distance/time; listed separately from notarial fees (best practice in CA journals).
- No fee for notarizing vote-by-mail materials; certain U.S. veterans’ benefits paperwork has no-fee provisions.
- Depositions: Allowed fees include taking a deposition and administering the oath (standard CA schedule).
